Spring is here, the outdoor activities have begun and The Grant's are ready to have some fun!!! Ryan is quite the athlete...skier, sledder, playing soccer for the Little Kicks (through the Richmond Kickers at school), playing soccer through the YMCA and taking Karate through his school this spring. Busy little bee he is...and all I want to do is join him. He had his first soccer game last Saturday and I couldn't understand why I was not allowed out on the field, or at least allowed to take him some water! He seemed a bit annoyed at my helpful gesture, jeez all I was doing was trying to help (and steal the ball!) He also really really really likes to ride his bike and Tyler's motorcycle (with training wheels). Mommy will have a heart attack soon, as he is just like daddy (me too, me too) always wanting to push something to the extreme!
Me? What am I up to you ask? More like, what am I into :) EVERYTHING! I am a wild child, wanting to do whatever Ryan is doing (jumping on the bed, jumping off the couch, kicking the soccer ball, riding a 4 wheeler....what? yes, riding a 4 wheeler) Mommy says I am making her go gray at a very young age.
We had a fabulous trip to Idaho and once again feel I am the one left out of all the fun! Ryan and his cousin Hensleigh went skiing down the big mountains and rode up the big people chair lifts over and over and over and all I got to do was look like a big marshmallow puff and waddle around in the snow. I did NOT like my hat or mittens, so mommy finally let me get my way and not wear them. I guess mommy's do know best (sometimes) because my head and hands were frozen! I DID get to go sledding with the big kids so that was tons o' fun. And we got to go to this cool gym where I fell in love with the HUGE trampoline and bounced the day away with my fun cousins.
Should I be counting already????
Well, must go eat again so will be back soon with pictures from Ryan's birthday...the big #5 :)
