Let's see, what am I doing new this month...well, I am still teething, and have 2 bottom teeth. As you can see, I am sitting up by myself all the time now. If you can believe it, I am trying to crawl and can scoot around pretty fast on my tummy even though I am going backwards! I am still a rolling machine, which is fun and I still laugh and smile ALL THE TIME, which makes mommy and daddy happy. I still smile when I have pink eye (above pic). This past month was a sick month for the entire family. I had colds (shocker!), the ear infection that wouldn't go away, pink eye (or "ear eye" as the doctor called it), Ryan had the flu, mommy and daddy had colds, the flu, allergies and who knows what else and the animals were fine...well, not fine but not sick. Casey likes to find my dirty diapers and shred them to pieces, which is so much fun to clean up (according to mommy and daddy). Anyway, I am such a good, happy baby who loves to eat and is eating everything from pears to peas (mommy has to camouflage my peas with some fruit b/c they make me gag) and who loves to sleep in her crib. Sometimes at bedtime, I try to dive into my crib when mommy is trying to dance with me or read me a story. I love my sleep, guess I take after mommy in that sense. I typically sleep from 7:30 or 8 to 6 or 7, give or take an hour and the occasional late night wake up call. All in all, I am a good girl, wouldn't say an "angel" because mom and dad say you can already see that devilish look in my eye when I flash them my big smile. A sign of times to come I guess!
My brother had his first soccer game last Saturday and had so much fun. He is on a team through the YMCA called the Gazelle's and mommy "accidentally" signed daddy up to be the Assistant Coach...oops! He is having fun even though he says he doesn't know much about soccer. I guess it doesn't really matter because they all seem to just be running around in circles chasing this ball bigger than my head!
Ryan did great though, he even scored a goal!! At one point he saw his cousin Tyler and got a bit distracted and ran off the field to talk to him, but Coach Carlos and Coach Daddy Dean got him back on track.
So, I mentioned I love to eat and sleep. Well this one night mommy was taking way too long so I decided to take a little snooze in my high chair. HA! That will teach them not to withhold food from me!
Look at us! I am out of the baby bath and took a bath with my big brother. He splashed a lot of water and tried to give me my pink ducky to play with, it was fun!
Here I am trying to crawl, I am sure by next month I will be well on my way!
We had a BIG snow a few weeks ago...8-10 inches and daddy and Ryan went sledding. Since we were out of power and everything else, me and mommy stayed home (we were both sick too) and set up camp in the family room. It was fun...
I guess I have rambled on enough for this update. Thanks for reading and I will be back soon. Don't forget to scroll down and look at a few videos of me and my brother. Until next month...Love you all, Kelsey :)
Happy Spring :) Kelsey, Ryan, Mommy Amy and Daddy Dean.

I can't believe how big she is now. I'll tell you what, though - Ryan takes after Dean mostly but that baby girl is your GUTS! :) Love you!
